Eddie Reese and The College of Wooster baseball team were on a roll last week, as the sophomore knocked in nine RBI while helping the Fighting Scots to a 5-1 record. The North Coast Athletic Conference named the talented shortstop Player of the Week late Monday.

During Wooster's six games last week in Florida, Reese batted an even .500 with two doubles and two home runs, while plating nine runners.

He collected three hits against Oneonta State University (3-for-4) and Western Connecticut State University (3-for-3, 4 RBI), and homered in both games of a doubleheader with Plymouth State University.

The team's No. 3 hitter will look to keep it up when the Scots visit Muskingum University (6-7) Tuesday at 4 p.m.
