The College of Wooster piled up 546 yards of total offense in its 38-24 win over Hiram College, and senior quarterback Richard Barnes and sophomore tight end Jesse Lane led the charge with career-high yardage totals, on their way to being selected to D3football.com's "Team of the Week," the website announced late Tuesday.

Barnes produced his second four-touchdown game in as many weeks, this time racking them all up in the first half, as he threw for three scores and ran for another – with 5:01 to spare before the halftime break. Overall, he shredded the Terriers for a career-high 343 yards on 25-of-34 passing, and added another 53 yards on the ground, all while playing turnover-free football for the second week in a row.

Lane had a breakout game, as he entered the day with just one career reception, but went on to haul in six passes for 94 yards, including three (for 14, 16, and 21 yards) that put Wooster in the red zone, helping the Scots build a 28-7 lead.

Wooster will look to keep its offense rolling against its stiffest test to date when it hosts No. 17 ranked Wabash College (3-0, 2-0 NCAC) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
