Trevor Bowden

Trevor Bowden, a sophomore placekicker for The College of Wooster, parlayed his record-breaking performance into a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, as announced by the popular website on Tuesday morning.

Bowden set a North Coast Athletic Conference record for most points in a single game by a kicker with 18 in Saturday's contest at Hiram College. He made five field goals, the last being a 31-yarder to set the single-game Wooster record, and the Eatonton, Ga., native converted all three extra point attempts as well.

Wooster closes out its season with a 1 p.m. home contest against Ohio Wesleyan University (4-5, 4-4 NCAC) on Saturday.
