Looking to put together another solid season … Brings toughness to the inside, according to the coaching staff.

2015: Won a starting role, and never looked back … Ranked eighth on the team with 41 tackles, eight of which went for loss … One of the defensive standouts against Oberlin, turning in a career-high eight tackles (Oct. 17) … One of the defensive keys in the win at Allegheny (Sept. 12) … Turned in five tackles, and forced a fumble that went for one of the Scots’ six takeaways against the Gators.

2014: Big force up the middle of the defensive line, seeing time in all 10 games as part of the regular rotation … Made 20 tackles on the year, including 2.0 sacks … Career-high five tackles – all of which were solo stops – at Denison (Oct. 25) … Recorded first sack of season against the Big Red and added one at Ohio Wesleyan (Nov. 15).

2013: Emerged into a key player on the interior of the defensive line as a freshman, recording 15 tackles … Season-high four stops, including a six-yard sack in the third quarter, came at nationally-ranked Wittenberg (Oct. 19).

Prior to Wooster: Named special mention on the 2011 All-Ohio Team (Division V) as a junior at Paint Valley High School, which was just his second year playing organized football … Pulled a unique double of earning all-conference honors in both football and cross country during same season with the Bearcats … Lettered 13 times in all – three in football, four in cross country, two in basketball, and four in track.
