Playing among a highly-competitive, large field at Allegheny College's annual Guy W. Kuhn Invitational on Sunday and Monday, The College of Wooster men's golfers made their 2013-14 debut in 11th-place. Wooster carded 325 on each day at the Country Club of Meadville in Meadville, Pa.

The Fighting Scots' top-three returners – Marcus Carano, Calvin Milligan, and T.J. Selby – from last season scored each round. Milligan brought back-to-back 79s into the clubhouse, tying for 35th (158) individually out of 92 competitors, while Carano shot 80-81 and Selby 83-81 as they tied for 43rd (161) and 48th (164), respectively.

Wooster's other starters were sophomore Andrew Herst and freshman Scott Sears. The latter contributed to the team score Saturday (83) and the former on Sunday (84), and they both totaled 168, tying for 62nd-place.

Wooster's next fall event will be the Mount Union Invitational on Sept. 29-30.
