The Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association selected senior Sam Kuhn of The College of Wooster men's lacrosse team as a first-team All-West Region midfielder, per a release from the organization on Monday evening.

The honor marks the second straight first-team nod for the program (Matt Parmelee '17) and the first career award for Kuhn, who recently capped off his career year with an invite to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's 77th annual USILA/Nike North-South All-Star Game in Providence, Rhode Island in late May.

During the 2018 season, Kuhn turned in career-highs in goals (41) and points (56) and matched his career-best in assists with 15. Kuhn's 41 goals marked the seventh-highest season total in program history, and the Towson, Md. native ended his career as only the seventh Scot to reach 100 career goals (104).
