Matt Ehrenburg

Two members of the back line of The College of Wooster men's soccer team – Matt Ehrenburg and Matthew Kelly – received honorable mention on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference Team, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Ehrenburg, a junior, and Kelly, a sophomore, were Wooster's top defenders for a team that limited opponents to two goals or less in 10 of 17 matches played. Overall, the Fighting Scots yielded 2.35 goals on just 13.1 shots per game.

Both also factored on the offensive end. In fact, Kelly finished as the team's leading scorer with four goals, as he frequently was the target for headers on corner kicks, and Ehrenburg was a free kick specialist, tallying two goals and one assist, all coming over the last four games.
