Part of a tremendous group of record-setting juniors, per the staff … Has taken the record board by storm as has the capabilities to challenge for the school record in several events.
2016-17: Led off Wooster’s record-setting 400 freestyle relay that placed fourth at NCAC Championships with a 3:05.62, and clinched the program’s first top four team finish in a decade … Led off with a 46.64 100-yard split, the third-fastest time in program history … Started the meet as part of Wooster’s fourth-place 800 free relay that lowered its own school record set at the 2016 NCAC meet to 6:49.56 … Swam a leg on Wooster’s fourth-place 200 free relay that clocked in at 1:24.11 at NCACs … Individually, broke Wooster’s record in the 200 free, placing 11th at 1:41.63 … Added two more consolation heat finishes in the 100 free (46.99, 15th) and 500 free (4:41.90, 16th) … Member of the NCAC Academic Honor Roll.
2015-16: Helped break a 20-year-old school record in the 800 free relay (6:56.38) at the NCAC Championships, and place fourth at the meet, and just miss on all-conference laurels by about three seconds … Earned a spot on the championship-heat 200 free relay as well, helping the Scots’ to a seventh-place time of 1:25.55 … Individually, turned in a 17th-place clip of 4:45.20 in the consolation final of the 500 free … Competed in the consolation final of the 200 free placing 18th (1:44.55) at NCACs.
Prior to Wooster: Earned all-state laurels as a senior at Mercyhurst Preparatory School … Placed as high as second in the state meet in the 200 medley … Three-time all-region honoree … Earned four letters in swimming and tennis.
