One of the team captains for the upcoming season … Adds a lot of depth to key events for the Scots, per the staff.

2016-17: Competed in the prelims of the 100 and 200 breaststrokes, the 200 individual medley, and on two “B” prelim relays at NCACs.

2015-16: Chipped in to the team score with bonus heat finishes in the 100 and 200 breasts at NCACs … Placed 23rd in the 200 breast (2:20.82) and 24th in the 100 breast (1:04.34).

2014-15: Contributed to team score at the NCAC Championships by qualifying for bonus heat in the 100 breast, taking 22nd-place (1:05.27) … Also competed in the 200 breast and the 200 IM.

Prior to Wooster: Competed at Revere High School in both swimming and track.

Personal: Born March 4, 1996 … Son of Duane and Ann Mierzejewski … Majoring in biology.
