Wooster's Last Outing: The women finished off their first undefeated dual season since 2004-05 with a 159-129 win over the University of Mount Union. Meanwhile, the men won by just a spread of 10, 154-144.

2017-18 NCACs: On the men's side, Denison won their 10th-straight league title totaling 1,908 points, while Wooster finished fifth with 872 points. It was Wooster's third-straight top-five finish.

For the women, Kenyon left with the title after totaling 1,797.5 points. Wooster finished third at 1,225.5 points for their best showing since 2012.

Cameron Gelwicks lowered his own school record in the 200-yard freestyle and set a second school record in the 500 free. Garrett Layde broke the school record in the 400 IM.

The women's 200 medley relay team of Hannah Langer, Brooke Brown, Maggie Layde and Lexi Riley-DiPaolo earned all-conference honors, which was the Scots' first all-conference women's relay certificate since 2012. On the final day, the 400 free relay team of Emma Fikse, Riley-DiPaolo, Layde and Sarah Padrutt took the Scots' second All-NCAC relay claim.

Sprint Free: Trey Schopen has the best time in the 50 free this year (21.51), but senior Burke Poeting will take the lead in the race for the Scots with a top time of 22.01. In the 200 free, Gelwicks broke Ryan Campbell's 2017 school record at the Wooster Invitational (1:40.65) and will be ranked seventh entering the event. Campbell is still right with him with a best time of 1:42.93 this year and is entering 15th. The duo also will be competing in the 100 free.

On the women's side, Brooke Brown carries the best 50 free time (24.95). Molly Likins (25.32) and Kate Murphy (25.38) follow right behind in the event.

Fikse holds the 200 free school record with a 1:51.89, which she set in 2017. She holds the best time this year at 1:57.55 and will enter ranked 15th, while Nell Kacmarek follows at 1:58.95 in 19th.

Distance Free: Gelwicks is still the Scot to beat in the distance events with top times this season in the 500 free (4:38.58) and the 1,000 free (10:09.58). Campbell will look to better his best time of 4:40.87 in the 500 free, which he set last season. Freshmen Robby Beal (18:25.26) and Graham Letkemen (18:55.72) will look to make an impact in the 1650 free.

Fikse and Kacmarek are the top Wooster women threats in the distance events. Fikse has the school record in the 500 free (4:49.28) but has only reached a top time of 5:14.33 this season. Kacmarek, meanwhile, has the top time this year in the event at 5:13.26. The two are interchangeable in the 1000 free with top times just .10 seconds apart. In the 1650 free Kacmarek holds the top time of 17:52.35 to Fikse's 17:56.66, putting them 11th and 12th this weekend.

IM: Of the three individual medley events, Layde has the top times in the 200 (2:00.06) and the 400 (4:17.08), including the school record in the 400 (4:07.20), but a handful of Scots have made their presences known in the 100. Five are separated by less than a second this season – Sam Muse, Craig Klumpp, Wylie Greeson, Burke Poeting and Doak Schultz – and the same five are ranked third through seventh in the school records. Muse (fourth), Greeson (fifth), Poeting (seventh) and Schultz (ninth) find themselves in the top 10 entering the event and will need to shave off about four seconds to crack the top three.

For the women, Brooke Brown set the school record in the 100 IM last season (1:01.61) and has the top time once again this season (1:02.42). Annabelle Hopkins and Heidi Likins also have spots in the school's top 10 list and will look to improve their top times of the year. Brown enters fifth, while Likins and Hopkins enter 10th and 11th, respectively. Allison Clough has the top time in the 200 (2:16.28) and will need to be better than 2:11.53 to break the top 10 of the school record. In the 400 IM, Madison Whitman has the top time at 4:48.96.

Emma Fikse
Senior Emma Fikse will look to close her Fighting Scot career on a high note.

Butterfly: Schopen specializes in the fly setting the school record and swimming a "B" cut in the 100 fly earlier this season (49.02). He enters ranked fifth. In the 200 fly, he and Layde have been neck-to-neck with top times of 1:56.34 and 1:56.99 this season. In 2017, the two set the top two times in the school record books with Schopen swimming a 1:52.39 and Layde a 1:52.43.

Kalla Sturonas enters 13th and has the top time for the women in the 100 fly (59.15) with Anne Bowers following (59.81) in 17th. Bowers has the top 200 fly time (2:14.13) with Sturonas following (2:15.92). Sturonas is sixth on the school record 100 fly (58.21) list and eighth on the 200 fly (2:11.31) list, so she'll be looking to improve upon those times.

Backstroke: Schopen leads the team in the 100 back after breaking the school record during the Wooster Invitational with a time of 50.40 seconds. He enters the event at eighth. Josh Gluck posted the top time in the 200 back (1:59.78). Eli Samuelson has the sixth best time overall at 1:55.50, which he set last season, and his best time this year is 2:03.51. Gluck enters 19th, and Hunter Pierson enters 20th (1:59.97).

For the women, no one has swam under a minute in the 100 back but Murphy (1:00.39) and Hannah Langer (1:00.71) have been close. Langer (7th, 59.38) and Michelle Sayre (4th, 58.71) made the top 10 list last season. Langer and Murphy enter 16th and 17th this weekend in the 200 back.

Breaststroke: Craig Klumpp holds the top times this season in the 100 breast (1:00.36) and the 200 breast (2:10.72). His 200 breast time put him second on the school record list, and in the 100, he swam a time of 59.69 last season to put him sixth on that list.

At the Wooster Invitational, Molly Likins broke the 100 breast record (1:05.06) and placed herself sixth (2:25.45) all-time in the 200 breast. She enters sixth in the 100 and ninth in the 200.

Relays: Both the men and the women enter this weekend ranked fifth in the 800 free relay. The women enter eighth in the 200 free (1:39.84), the 400 medley (4:01.40) and the 400 free (3:39.53). Of the relays, the women rank highest in the 200 medley at fourth (1:47.61).

The men have the fifth (1:35.34) best time among teams in the 200 medley. The men also enter sixth (1:25.61) in the 200 free and the 400 free (3:09.75), and seventh (3:30.94) in the 400 medley.

Diving: The team's lone diver, Eric Jacques, had a best 1-meter score this year of 389.4 which placed him seventh on the all-time school record list. He did that in the team's most recent event at Mount Union where he tallied scores of 177.8 and 211.6.
