Cameron Gelwicks

Senior Cameron Gelwicks' standout career came to a close on Saturday morning in the 100 freestyle at the NCAA Div. III Championships, where the freestyle specialist posted a 41st-place finish at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.

Gelwicks' time of 46.20 was right there with his career-best time of 46.15 set in 2018, and was a slight improvement over his seed time of 46.36.

Gelwicks' memorable career concludes with him being Wooster's first national qualifier since 2014, the school-record holder in the 200 (1:39.19) and 500 (4:34.98) freestyles, and the 400 (3:03.21) and 800 (6:49.56) freestyle relays.
