Noah Javens

Noah Javens, a two-time NCAA Div. II All-American in the 200 butterfly, joined The College of Wooster swimming & diving team as a volunteer assistant coach ahead of the 2023-24 season. 

Javens came to Wooster with his wife, Jaylynn, an assistant athletic trainer at the College. His coaching career started with the Greater Toledo Aquatic Club.

As a collegiate athlete, Javens placed 16th in the 200 butterfly at the 2022 NCAA Div. II Championships to help McKendree University to a fourth-place finish. While Javens was a team member, the Bearcats logged two top-five and three top-10 showings at nationals. He earned All-America honors in the 200 butterfly in 2020 after the championships were canceled due to COVID.

The aspiring collegiate coach graduated from McKendree with a degree in mathematics.
