Mid-distance runner expected to show continued development after coming off strong cross country finish, according to coaching staff.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all eight competitions … Finished strong on the year, highlighted by a second-place team-finish (25:17.4) and 43rd-place finish overall at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Second Scot to finish (24:35.6) at the Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 12) as part of the five-Scot scoring contingent … Ran to a top-seven team finish (26:34.4) at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 17).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters at the NCAC Championships, logging a career-best time of 2:31.02 (May 6) … Turned in a career-best 1:07.50 in the 400 meters at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2016 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 800 meters … Career-best time of 2:37.84 came at NCACs (March 4).

2015 Cross Country: Continued to add depth, earning a spot as a competitor in the conference meet … Top-seven Scot at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2), turning in a 25:54.85.

2015 Outdoor: Logged a pair of top-10 finishes … Helped the 4x400 relay to seventh at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 4) … Added eighth-place honors in the 400 meters at the Wooster Invitational (March 27-28).

2015 Indoor: Part of the sixth-place 4x400 relay team at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 21).
