2017 Cross Country: Capped cross country career on a high note as the second Wooster finisher at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) with time of 25:11.5 … Ran a nearly identical time at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28), finishing the league meet one-tenth of a second faster than at the regional championship … Logged a 25:31.3 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Signature event was the 1500 meters … Went a personal-best 5:10.59 at the Big Red Invite (April 28) en route to seventh-place finish in the 1500 … Part of third-place 4x400 relay (4:20.55) at Kenyon Spring Invite (April 22).

2017 Indoor: Logged two individual scoring performances in five appearances … Went 12:27.07 in the 3000 meters for fourth-place at the Crimson and Gold Invitational (Jan. 13) … Logged a scoring time of 2:32.67 in the 800 meters at the Fighting Scots Invite (Jan. 28).

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all eight competitions … Finished strong on the year, highlighted by a second-place team-finish (25:17.4) and 43rd-place finish overall at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Second Scot to finish (24:35.6) at the Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 12) as part of the five-Scot scoring contingent … Ran to a top-seven team finish (26:34.4) at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 17).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters at the NCAC Championships, logging a career-best time of 2:31.02 (May 6) … Turned in a career-best 1:07.50 in the 400 meters at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2016 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 800 meters … Career-best time of 2:37.84 came at NCACs (March 4).

2015 Cross Country: Continued to add depth, earning a spot as a competitor in the conference meet … Top-seven Scot at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2), turning in a 25:54.85.

2015 Outdoor: Logged a pair of top-10 finishes … Helped the 4x400 relay to seventh at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 4) … Added eighth-place honors in the 400 meters at the Wooster Invitational (March 27-28).

2015 Indoor: Part of the sixth-place 4x400 relay team at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 21).

2014 Cross Country: Made an impact with seven starts … Ran at 28:27.6 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1).

Prior to Wooster: Earned all-conference honors as a sophomore, junior and senior at Ashland High School … Lettered four year in cross country and three in track.
