Senior Victoria Roney's second-day 81 helped propel a competitive late-round finish for The College of Wooster women's golf team as the Fighting Scots moved up a spot from Sunday to claim fourth-place at the North Coast Athletic Conference Fall Preview on Monday afternoon at Westbrook Country Club in Mansfield, Ohio.

Senior Victoria Roney finished as the top Scot with a 10th-place overall at the NCAC Fall Preview.

As a team, the Scots stood one shot back of Allegheny College after Monday's 12th hole but collectively rebounded to finish 26 strokes clear of the Gators with a two-day score of 721 (365-356) and solidify their fourth top-four finish through five tournaments this year.

Right behind Roney stood first-year Tongtong Wu, who followed up an opening-round 87 with an 89 to finish tied for 12th overall.

First-year Lilly Dunning turned in an 88 and 91 to finish 18th overall while sophomore Kaci Carpenter claimed 24th among the 34-competitor field with a 91 on Sunday and a 95 on Monday.
