College of Wooster standout alumnae Megan Healy, Ellie Hudson-Heck, and Katie Shideler earned spots on the North Coast Athletic Conference's 40th Anniversary All-Decade Team, which was announced on Tuesday.

Healy was chosen as the NCAC Midfielder of the Year in 2019 and earned first-team All-NCAC accolades in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Healy's NCAC Midfielder of the Year award followed a record-breaking year where she set new single-season program-bests in draw controls (115) and groundballs (83) and had the second-most caused turnovers (44) in program history. The draw control and groundball numbers bettered already-held single-season records, as Healy totaled 99 and 72, respectively, as a junior in 2018. She graduated as the program's all-time leader in draw controls (275), groundballs (241), and caused turnovers (146), and is still atop the program leaderboard in groundballs and caused turnovers. She was a three-time Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Region selection.

Hudson-Heck became the second player in program history to score 200 goals and log 250 points. The then-senior scored a program-record 60 goals and logged two seasons with at least 55 scores. Hudson-Heck's 84 points as a senior rate as the third-most in program history. Hudson-Heck dropped in eight goals against Whitman College in a 2016 game, which at the time tied the program's single-game record. An all-around player, Hudson-Heck posted seasons within the program's top-10 in caused turnovers, draw controls, and groundballs. She ranks in the top-10 all-time in program history in groundballs (186, third), draw controls (166, seventh), and caused turnovers (97, seventh). Hudson-Heck graduated as a four-time all-region honoree.

Shideler scored first-team all-region laurels after being chosen as the NCAC Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. The four-year starter was a two-time first-team All-NCAC goalkeeper and ranked sixth all-time in program history with 406 saves. Had COVID not wiped out the majority of a season, Shideler likely would have finished a stellar career in the top-three all-time in saves. The then-sophomore was part of a program-record 16 wins in 2019.

A NCAC Offensive or Defensive Player of the Year honor, a NCAC Midfielder of the Year award, or at least three first-team All-NCAC selections between 2014 and 2023 were the necessary criteria to earn a spot on the all-decade team.
