There was no stopping Katherine Tuttle last week, as The College of Wooster junior totaled 11 points (4 goals, 3 assists) and helped lead the women's soccer team to three wins, which made her the North Coast Athletic Conference's pick for Player of the Week.

Tuttle, who had 12 career points previously, nearly matched that output in three games last week.

It started against Bluffton University on Sept. 3, when Tuttle scored and passed out two assists as part of Wooster's dominant 8-0 victory.

Then in a more competitive contest with Defiance University (Sept. 6), Tuttle assisted on a goal that tied the game 1-1, and just :54 second later, she headed in her own goal to put the Fighting Scots ahead 2-1 in an eventual 3-1 triumph.

Finally, the senior put an exclamation point on the week against Marietta College (Sept. 7), when she scored in the opening minutes of the first and second halves to lead Wooster to a 4-0 rout over the Pioneers.

The Scots (4-1) will look to win their fourth straight when they travel to Wilmington College (1-3) on Sunday for a 2 p.m. start.
