Senior Erica White was recently named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's Division All-America Third Team.

White is Wooster's first All-America selection since 2011. She joins five other Scots all-time who have made the All-America ranks including Annie Gillespie ('96), Lisa Hall ('91 and '92), Kelly James ('94 and '96), Kristin McCall ('08) and Kelsey Peters ('11).

White joined Denison University senior Maggie Armstrong on the third team as the only two North Coast Athletic Conference players on this year's teams.

White had a historic senior campaign with 41 points on 18 goals and five assists. She led the NCAC and the team in points and goals and set the school record for points and goals scored in a single season, a record that was held since 1987. Her five assists led the team and was second in the NCAC behind Armstrong.

White has a career tally of 56 points and 24 goals to tie her for eighth all-time in goals and place her 10th in points. White also scored the fastest goal to start a game earlier this season when she scored 11 seconds into their contest against Mount St. Joseph on Sept. 12.

The game prior against Washington and Jefferson College on Sept. 8, White and Claire Davis combined for the fastest consecutive goals in a span of 33 seconds. It was a second better than the previous record which was achieved in 2006 and 1995.

Wooster ended 2018 at 13-4-3 with the program's first NCAC Tournament Championship and first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1996.
