The College of Wooster tennis teams are hosting an afternoon of fun doubles play open to all members of the campus and Wooster communities this Thursday, Oct. 5, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the D.J. Hard Tennis Courts on campus.
The event seeks to foster relationships with members of the Wooster tennis community and enable local players of all ages and skill levels in the area to meet each other.
The teams will also be hosting a clothing and shoe drive for hurricane relief efforts.
In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will take place in the lobby of the Scot Center to collect any charitable donations and for a brief meet-and-greet. However, the tennis will have to be rescheduled for a date yet to be determined.
