The College of Wooster men's and women's cross country squads were once again names as All-Academic Teams by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, while junior Kayla Zboran picked up individual all-academic honors for the second straight year, the coaches organization announced on Friday.

For Wooster's women's program, it marks the 11th time in 12 years it has earned the USTFCCCA's All-Academic Team award, while the Fighting Scot men have now been honored in 10 of the last 11 seasons.

Zboran, a music education major, picked up her first all-North Coast Athletic Conference certificate, via a 13th-place finish at the NCAC Championships, navigating the 6K course in a time of 23:34.1. She went on to place 54th at the Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships, logging a similar time of 23:24.9.

The USTFCCCA's annual all-academic honors go to teams with a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or higher, while individuals are recognized when they have at least a 3.30 GPA and finished among the top 25 percent of runners at NCAA regional competitions.
