2016 Outdoor: Lone outing came at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 17-19) … Turned in a 17:31.55 in the 5000 meters.

2016 Indoor: Made three starts on the season … Had a sixth-place showing in the mile at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 23) and in the 3000 meters at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 30).

2015 Cross Country: Cut time significantly to earn five top-seven team finishes, including making the cut for the regional squad … Fourth Scot across at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 14), finishing at 28:00.4 … Turned in a 27:52.9 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31) to round out the Scots’ scoring runners.

2015 Outdoor: Competed three times in the 1500 meters, including an eighth-place finish at the Big Red Invitational (April 24) with a season-best 4:30.79.

2015 Indoor: Did not compete.

2014 Cross Country: Made seven starts … Top-seven Fighting Scot finisher at the OWU Invitational (Sept. 6) with a time of 28:34.4, good for 39th-place … Was 64th at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1).

2014 Outdoor: Competed twice in the 3000 and 5000 … Top 3000 time was 9:40.81 at Big Red Invite (April 25), and top 5000 came at the Bob Kahn Invite (April 5).

2014 Indoor: Competed in the 3000 as well as the mile … Posted sub-five-minute mile at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 25).

2013 Cross Country: Made five starts during debut season … Top 8000 meters time was at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 18).

Prior to Wooster: Lettered in cross country, swimming, and track at Oakwood High School … Part of the prestigious two-time national champion academic decathlon team.

Personal: Born Feb. 6, 1995 … Son of Howard Sizek and Jacqueline Housel … Majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology and religious studies.
