2015 Cross Country: Earned first all-conference certificate with a 13th-place showing at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31), turning in a 6000 meters time of 23:34.1 … Time of 23:18.39 was good for 18th and All-Ohio honors at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2) … Placed 54th at the Great Lakes Regional Championship (Nov. 14) … Earned all-academic honors from the USTFCCCA for the second straight year.

2015 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2015 Indoor: Did not compete.

2014 Cross Country: One of the team’s top runners … Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … Placed 61st (23:11.1) at the NCAA Div. III Regionals (Nov. 16) … Finished 26th at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1).

2014 Outdoor: Runner-up in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Bob Kahn Invite (April 5) … Turned in a 13:00.29 … Added sixth-place honors in the 1500 meters at the Wooster Invitational (March 29).

2014 Indoor: Competed three times in the mile … Top time was a 5:40.54 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Feb. 1).

2013 Cross Country: Just missed all-conference honors with a 22nd-place finish at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1) … Turned in a 24:37.6 at the conference meet … Ran a 23:41.1 at the NCAA Div. III Regionals (Nov. 15).

Prior to Wooster: Four-time state qualifier … Earned all-region honors every year at Freeport High School … Named first-team All-Butler County.
