2018 Outdoor: Competed in four meets, including the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7) … Placed sixth in the 10,000 meters at that meet (38:40.89) … Logged a career-best 2:03.75 in the 800 meters at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2018 Indoor: Saw limited action in the winter, but did compete in four meets … Helped the 4x400 relay place fourth (3:48.57) at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20).

2017 Cross Country: Logged time in six meets on the year, including two championship-length races … Top 8,000 meters time came at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) at 29:58.8, the first sub-30:00 8K of career … Added a 30:15.3 at the Jenna Strong Fall Invitational (Oct. 13).

2017 Outdoor: Totaled six top 10 finishes, including three individual places coming in the 800 … Closed the year with a season-best 800 time of 2:05.14 at the Big Red Invite (April 28).

2017 Indoor: Totaled three-top 10 finishes, two as part of a relay, including a runner-up distance medley relay time of 11:27.71 at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 21) … Placed ninth a week later in the 800 (2:10.52) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 28) … Closed the season with an indoor-best 800 time of 2:06.22 at NCAC Championships (March 4).

2016 Cross Country: Took part in five meets on the year … Logged season-best 8K time (30:55) at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 14).

2016 Outdoor: Part of the 4x400 relay (3:38.74) at the NCAC Championships, while individually competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 (May 6-7) … Turned in a season-best 2:04.35 in the 800 at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2016 Indoor: Splashed onto the scene as part of Wooster’s all-freshmen all-conference DMR that placed third (10:30.35) at the NCAC Championships (March 4) … Also part of the point-scoring DMR at the All-Ohio Championships that placed sixth with a time of 10:34.38 (Feb. 13) … Member of the conference 4x400 relay that took seventh (3:35.66).

2015 Cross Country: Made five starts on the year, including a pair in championship-length (8K) meets … Top 8K time (30:03.9) came at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 16) … Added a 31:15.4 at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2).

Prior to Wooster: Earned all-league honors as a senior in cross country, and as a junior in track & field … Lettered four times in track & field and three times in cross country at Pen Argyl High School.
