2018 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 1500 meters, and logged a career-best time of 4:22.64 at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Placed fifth in the 10,000 meters (36:36.69) at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7), in lone non-1500 race of the season.

2018 Indoor: Competed in the mile at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3), and logged a career-best time of 4:41.93 … Placed fourth in the mile at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27) with a 4:50.32 … Overall, competed in five meets.

2017 Cross Country: Earned first letter by earning a spot on the 12-harrier contingent at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Turned in a 28:59.3 at the league meet … Was just over five seconds faster at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) with 28:54.0 marking a career-best 8000 meters time.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in two meets … Top times included a 4:40.30 in the 1500 at the Wooster Invitational (April 1) and a 17:40.66 in the 5000 meters at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8).

2017 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Ran a sub-5:00 mile at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18) and turned in a 10:24.72 in the 3000 meters at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 28).

2016 Cross Country: Made five starts on the year, including at the championship-length All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) … Turned in a 34:02.9 at the All-Ohio meet.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in five meets as a distance specialist … Logged a pair of ninth-place finishes … First top-10 showing came in the 5K at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) with time of 18:14.92 … Followed up with a time of 11:30.70 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2016 Indoor: Competed twice in the mile with top time of 5:00.98 coming at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 20).

2015 Cross Country: Logged a 32:46.4 in only appearance of the year at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 16).
