2018 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 800 meters … Placed 12th in the 800 in the preliminary heats at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) with time of 2:01.14 … Logged a career-best 1:58.93 in the 800 at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2018 Indoor: Saw limited action, and only competed in two meets … Logged a fourth-place showing in the 800 (2:06.6) at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 23) … Turned in a pair of top-eight showings at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 17).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in seven meets on the year … Delivered a career-best time of 28:23.0 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13) … Followed up with a 29:03.6 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28), good for a spot in the top 80.

2017 Outdoor: Primarily a middle distance and relay runner in addition to one appearance in the pole vault … Logged four top 10 individual finishes … Placed sixth in the 800 at the Bob Kahn Invite (April 8) with a 2:03.62 … Ran 2:04.98 in the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Part of third-place 4x400 relay at Bob Kahn Invite (April 8).

2017 Indoor: Participated in seven meets while posting two individual scoring performances … Put in a fourth-place scoring run of 2:03.68 in the 800 at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18) … Part of the second-place distance medley relay team at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 21).

2016 Cross Country: Made four starts on the year, highlighted by a first-place finish (18:56) in the 5000 meters Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Added a 30:21.4 clip at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30).

2016 Outdoor: Earned a spot on the 4x400 (3:38.74) for the NCAC Championships (May 7) … Also competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 … Turned in a season-best clip of 2:02.22 in the 800 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29).

2016 Indoor: Delivered a big-meet performance as part of the all-freshmen all-conference DMR that placed third (10:30.35) at the NCAC Championships (March 4) … Also a part of the sixth-place (10:34.38) quartet at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 13) … Had a pair of top-five finishes in the 800 at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 23) and Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 30).

2015 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the 12-runner conference squad, and responded with a 28:37.9 8K time at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31) … Top-seven runner at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 12), the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 19), and the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2).
