Sophomore Will Callender, who secured All-Ohio honors at Friday's All-Ohio Championships, earned North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week honors, as selected by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Callender ranked in the top-10 within NCAA Div. III in the field with a time of 25:27.9, which was 36th across all divisions of Ohio collegiate cross country. He is now a two-time All-Ohio performer, with his first award coming in the 5,000 meters during the outdoor track & field season.

Wooster now has two NCAC Athlete of the Week selections this season. Senior Isabelle Hoover earned her ninth NCAC Athlete of the Week award on September 6.

Wooster is off to Denison University on Thursday, September 22, to compete in a dual meet against the Big Red.
