Rachel Novario

Rachel Novario has been an assistant athletic trainer at The College of Wooster since August 2019. Novario's primary sports include baseball, women’s basketball, field hockey, and men’s soccer. She is also an advisor for Wooster's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Novario arrived at the College after spending two years as an assistant athletic trainer at Albion College in Michigan. Prior to Albion, Novario was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Marietta College, working closely with the Pioneers’ tradition-rich baseball program.

Novario holds a master’s degree in athletic training from Ohio University after earning a bachelor’s in the field from Mercyhurst University. She earned certification from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association in 2015, and her Ohio licensure the same year.
