CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. – The College of Wooster men's golf team improved by seven strokes on Sunday, and finished in fourth-place out of seven teams at the Wabash College Fall Classic, which was held this weekend at the par-70, 6,188-yard Crawfordsville Country Club.

Senior Mac Bellovich was the top finisher for the Fighting Scots, and his 2-over-par 72 on Sunday marked the team's low round of the weekend. In fact, all five Wooster golfers were in the 70s for the final round of the fall season. Bellovich tied for 12th-place at 150.

Senior Evan Ferrara was next at 151, and he tied for 16th-place. Ferrara led Wooster with a 4-over-par 74 on Saturday, and his fall ended with a 77. Sophomore Ben Foltz placed 29th after back-to-back 78s.

Senior Evan Jenkins tied for 30th-place at 157, and classmate Jimmy Hinton was one stroke back. Hinton tied for 32nd-place. Both seniors carded 77s on Sunday.

Parkland College won the tournament at 577, while Earlham College's Nate Mynatt was the medalist at 2-over-par.

Wooster will welcome back junior David Roney to its ranks in the spring. He's currently studying abroad in New Zealand.
