2019-20: Competed as an exhibition swimmer at NCACs … Swam in the prelims of the 200 backstroke, 200 and 400 individual medleys, and 400 freestyle and medley relays.

2018-19: Competed as an exhibition swimmer at the NCAC Championships in the 200 and 400 IMs and the 1,650 free.

2017-18: Competed as an exhibition swimmer at the NCAC Championships in the 500 and 1,650 frees and 400 IM.

Prior to Wooster: Lettered in cross country, swimming & diving, and track & field at South Lakes High School … Earned scholar-athlete honors while prepping under Scott Brown.

Personal: Born May 28, 1999 … Daughter of Frank and Leslie Sogandares … Majoring in biology with a minor in Spanish.
