2018 Cross Country: Continued to rate as one of the team’s top harriers … Logged a career-best championship-length time of 25:51.7 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) … Placed 44th at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) with time of 26:07.6 … Placed 32nd at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) at 27:33.9 … Runner-up in dual meet versus Denison (Sept. 20).

2018 Outdoor: Opened the season with a career-best time of 33:06.46 in the 10,000 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 15) … Placed sixth in the 10K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 14) with time of 34:15.99 … Just missed scoring in the 10K at the NCAC Championships (May 4) with a 10th-place time of 33:44.74.

2018 Indoor: Started the season off with a pair of runner-up finishes, first in the 3000 meters (9:25.26) at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20), and then in the 5000 meters (16:09.61) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27) … Competed in the 3K (9:10.72) and 5K (15:54.99) at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3).

2017 Cross Country: Emerged as the team’s No. 1 harrier and earned honorable mention all-conference honors thanks to a 15th-place time of 26:09.1 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Helped the Scots to the highest finish, fourth, since the 2013 league meet … Turned in a strong outing at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) with a 60th-place effort of 26:52.2 … Placed in the top 30 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13) with a 26:53.5 on the championship-length course, and logged a 26:50.4 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Clipped season-best 16:04.32 in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Finished 10th in 5K (16:11.06) and 11th in 10K (33:37.42) at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Went 4:14.87 in the 1500 meters at the Kenyon Spring Invitational to finish fourth overall … Tabbed as a NCAC Athlete-of-the-Week for time of 4:12.79 at the non-scoring Charleston Southern Invite (March 17-18).

2017 Indoor: Recorded four top-five individual finishes on the year … Won the 5K with a season-best 15:56.60 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 28) … Followed up with a second-place time and season-best 9:12.27 in the 3K at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18) … Turned in a 16:08.98 in the 5K as a top-20 finisher at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Finished just outside of scoring range at the NCAC Championships (March 4) with a 10th-place finish in the 3K (9:15.18) and 11th-place time in the 5K (15:57.43).

2016 Cross Country: Ran to a top-seven team finish in all eight of Wooster’s competitions … Turned in third-place team finish at Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 12)  with a clip of 26:44 … Seventh Scot to cross (28:59) at NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Tallied third-place team finish (28:19.6) at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) while placing 59th among Div. III competitors.

2016 Outdoor: Competed four times in the 5K and twice in the 3K … Turned in a season-best 3K (9:16.96) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29), and a 16:15.92 in the 5K during the Wooster Invitational (April 2).

2016 Indoor: Lone appearance came during the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 20) … Turned in a 9:48.68 in the 3K.

2015 Cross Country: Logged four starts on the year … Competed at the All-Ohio Championships, and crossed at 34:03.6 (Oct. 2).

Prior to Wooster: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field for Jeff Landis at Bexley High School.
