2018 Outdoor: Time of 11:49.71 marked the fifth-best 3,000-meter steeplechase clip at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7) … Part of the Scots’ sixth-place 4x400 relay (3:40.45) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2018 Indoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) and crossed at 2:10.93 … Finished fourth in the 4x400 at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20) and Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Ran in six meets on the season … Ran in two championship-length meets and crossed at 30:25.5 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) and at 31:15.6 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13).

2017 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the preliminary heats of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Logged a season-best time of 2:08.34 in the 800 meters at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 28).

2017 Indoor: Ran in five meets … Helped the Scots capture the blue ribbon in the 4x400 at the Crimson and Gold Invitational (Jan. 13) with time of 3:49.26 … Placed sixth in the 800 (2:13.26) at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 21).

2016 Cross Country: Competed in six meets … Placed fifth in the 5000 meters at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) with time of 19:52.0.

2016 Outdoor: Won the 400 hurdles at the Wooster Quad (April 19) with time of 1:05.41 … Competed in the preliminary heats of the 400 hurdles at the NCAC Championships (May 6-7).

2016 Indoor: Ran in the preliminary heats of the 800 at the NCAC Championships (March 4-5) and crossed at 2:10.64 … Overall, competed in six meets.
