For the second consecutive week, senior Carolyn Webster has earned North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week honors for women's field events.
Webster won the NCAC pentathlon for a second time this past weekend at Kenyon College. Her 3,229 points were almost 500 points better than the runner-up total of 2,736.
The senior started with a meet-best 9.70 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles. She continued to build her lead with a top mark of clearing 5 feet, 1 inch in the high jump.
Webster upped her indoor career-best in the long jump to 17 feet, 10.25 inches. She posted the third-best shot put at 32 feet, 6.25 inches and third-best 800 meters time at 2:39.77.
The all-conference honor was Webster's 15th of her career.
