2020 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Key relay contributor for the Scots at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Part of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x400 relay that crossed at 4:11.20 at NCACs, and helped the Scots’ distance medley relay to a sixth-place finish with a time of 13:05.83 … Also ran in the preliminary heats of the 400 meters at NCACs and posted a personal-best time of 1:03.75, which was good for 13th-place … Earned a spot on Wooster’s DMR and 4x400 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), with the DMR scoring, thanks to a sixth-place time of 13:22.12.

2019 Cross Country: A top-seven harrier on the year, evidenced by getting the start at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) … Crossed at 24:47.6 at the regional meet and finished in 143rd-place … 60th harrier to cross at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Came in at 25:27.4 at the league meet … Placed ninth in old-fashion dual meet versus Kenyon (Oct. 19), with time of 24:46.8 rating as a season-best.

2019 Outdoor: Debuted as an All-NCAC performer as part of the Scots’ second-place 4x400 relay (4:05.77) at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Logged a personal-best time of 1:08.93 in the prelims of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAC meet … Earned All-Ohio honors as part of the Scots’ third-place 4x400 (4:05.18) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) … Part of the winning 4x400 at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6; 4:05.75) and Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20; 4:09.37) … Individually, won the 400 hurdles at Kenyon, crossing at 1:09.51.

2019 Indoor: Scored as part of the Scots’ seventh-place DMR (13:26.48) at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) and turned in time of 1:06.14 in the prelims of the 400 meters … Contributed to the team score at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) as part of the Scots’ sixth-place DMR (13:10.37) and eighth-place 4x400 (4:19.89).

2018 Cross Country: Delivered a breakthrough performance at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) by finishing as the Scots’ No. 3 harrier at 24:25.6 … One of six Scots who placed in the top-10 at the Denison Dual Meet (Oct. 20) … Ran a 25:02.1 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Exclusively ran the 400 hurdles … Placed fourth with time of 1:14.43 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 27), and logged a similar clip of 1:14.85 in the preliminary heats of the NCAC Championships (May 4-5).

2018 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Posted similar times of 2:38.34 and 2:38.83 in the 800 meters at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 17) and Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Rapid ascension in the lineup led to a start at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Logged a 26:39.3 at the regional meet … Two weeks prior, turned in a 25:59.4 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Added a 26:39.6 at the other championship-length meet, the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Competed twice in the 800 with top time coming via a 2:37.16 at the Wooster Invitational (April 1).

2017 Indoor: Did not compete.

2016 Cross Country: Made five starts on the year … Placed sixth in the season-opening Wooster Invitational 4000 meters race with a time of 17:03.5 … Followed up with a similar time of 17:19.7 a week later at the Wooster-Denison Dual.

Prior to Wooster: Three-year member on the state team for Lori Lee at Heritage High School … Cherry Creek MVP as a junior.
