2020 Outdoor: Finished third in the 3000-meter steeplechase (12:36.82) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).

2020 Indoor: Part of Wooster’s sixth-place distance medley relay that crossed at 13:05.83 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Competed in the 3000 meters and was 16th at 11:21.92 … Earned a spot on Wooster’s DMR at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), with that relay posting the sixth-place time of 13:22.12 … Won the 3K at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21) with time of 11:23.13.

2019 Cross Country: Made seven starts on the year … Lettered as part of Wooster’s contingent at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Finished 71st at the league championships with time of 25:49.8 … Ran a 27:28.6 at the championship-length All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) and finished 205th overall … Clocked in at 25:34.0 in championship-length dual meet against Kenyon (Oct. 19) and placed 14th.

2019 Outdoor: Time of 11:49.96 in the 3K steeplechase at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4), marked a new collegiate-best, and was the 10th-fastest time at the meet … Also competed in the preliminary heats of the 1500 meters (5:15.52) at the NCAC Championships … Runner-up in the steeplechase with times of 12:09.70 and 12:09.28 at the Wooster Invitational (March 29-30) and Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20), respectively.

2019 Indoor: Scored as part of the Scots’ sixth-place DMR (13:10.37) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) … Also part of Wooster’s seventh-place DMR (13:26.48) at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) … Competed in the preliminary heats of the 3K at NCACs.

2018 Cross Country: Rounded out Wooster’s scoring harriers with 39th-place time of 24:32.3 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Time at NCACs marked a near two-minute improvement from 96th-place clip of 26:38.6 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

Prior to Wooster: Helped Williamsville South High School to a pair of runner-up showings at the sectional meets … Part of conference champion squad as a senior.
