After breaking a trio of career school records last week, The College of Wooster's Megan Healy was selected as the North Coast Athletic Conference's Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday.

Healy tallied 14 draw controls, 13 groundballs, and six caused turnovers, while helping the Fighting Scots improve to 8-0 on the season. During Wednesday's 15-14 overtime win against Baldwin Wallace University, Healy moved into pole position on the program's career lists for draw controls and groundballs, and she did likewise with caused turnovers during the Scots' 20-10 win at Wittenberg University on Saturday.

Healy now has 205 draw controls, 200 groundballs, and 122 caused turnovers for her career.

This is Healy's second career NCAC Player of the Week award. She previously was selected on April 2, 2018.

Wooster is back in action on Saturday, March 30 against Ursuline College (2-4). Opening draw from Wooster High School is set for 1 p.m.
