2019 Cross Country: Logged action in eight meets … Placed 68th at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) with time of 25:44.4 … Added a 26:35.9 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) and covered the championship-length course at the Kenyon dual meet (Oct. 19) in 26:27.0.

2019 Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:27.73) at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) after lowering personal-best to 2:21.74 in the preliminary heats … Posted a personal-best time of 5:00.64 in the preliminary heats of the 1500 meters at the NCAC meet … Time of 2:27.44 in the 800 was good for a third-place showing at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6).

2019 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Scored as part of the Scots’ eighth-place 4x400 relay (4:19.89) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) … Just missed scoring in the 800 at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) with 10th-place time of 2:28.45.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in seven races on the year … Covered the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) course in 25:28.3, and had a 25:12.5 at the other championship-length meet (All-Ohio Championships, Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Contributed to the team score as part of the Scots’ sixth-place 4x400 (4:13.12) at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Also competed in the 1500, and logged a time of 5:17.24 … Placed fifth in the 1500 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 27), crossing at 5:14.11.

2018 Indoor: Narrowly missed out on qualifying for the championship heat of the 800 at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Placed 10th in the preliminary heats at 2:30.22 … Helped the Scots finish as the runner-up in the 4x400 (4:22.92) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Delivered a breakthrough performance as the Scots’ No. 1 finisher at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Navigated the 6000-meter course in 23:51.3 … Finished as the team’s No. 3 harrier at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) with time of 25:12.0 … Crossed at 24:29.6 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

Prior to Wooster: Earned three letters in cross country and track & field while prepping for Timothy McDonald at Downers Grove North High School … Helped team to a trio of conference championships.
