2020 Outdoor: Logged a time of 17:43.76 in the 5000 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).

2020 Indoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 3000 meters at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Logged a personal-best time of 9:47.96 in the 3K at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21), and was the runner-up.

2019 Cross Country: Earned first letter … Stepped up in a big way down the stretch … Finished as Wooster’s No. 3 harrier at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) … Crossed in 197th-place at 27:42.1 … Posted a top five team finish at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) at 28:52.5.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Clocked in at 39:12.78 in lone 10,000 meters start, and was seventh in the event at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6) … Logged a 17:40.13 in the 5K at the Wooster Invitational (March 30) and crossed at 10:27.13 in the 3K at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16).

2019 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Ran the 800 meters (2:25.69) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 26), the 3K (10:51.46) at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 16), and the mile (5:20.76) at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in five meets, two of which were championship-length … Turned in a 32:17.9 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) and crossed at 32:25.4 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 12).

2018 Outdoor: Logged action in four meets … Top showing was a 14th-place finish in the 3K (10:46.83) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 27).

2018 Indoor: Competed in four meets and ran the 800 meters in three of them … Top time was 2:24.41 at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 23).

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Prior to Wooster: Four-sport student-athlete at Geneseo Central School … Prepped for Chris Morens on the track … Qualified for sectionals in cross country as a senior, swimming as a junior, and track as a sophomore.
