2020 Outdoor: Part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 relay that crossed at 3:29.95 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) … Added a time of 2:04.92 in the 800 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Earned fourth career All-NCAC honor as part of Wooster’s third-place distance medley relay that crossed at 10:33.12 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Other indoor outing came at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21) … Logged a time of 2:03.84 in the 800 at the Kenyon meet.

2019 Cross Country: Ran in the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) and was 34th in the 4,000 meters race at 24:08.5.

2019 Outdoor: Won the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) with time of 1:54.27 … Earned all-conference honors for the third time with winning effort in the 800 and parlayed NCAC time into USTFCCCA All-Region laurels … Helped Wooster to highest NCAC finish (third) since 2003 … Earned All-Ohio honors with third-place time of 1:57.21 in the 800 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) … Part of Wooster’s sixth-place 4x400 relay (3:26.24) at NCACs … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors after beating out 13 other competitors to win the 800 (1:57.09) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20).

2019 Indoor: Key member of Wooster’s third-place team, in what marked program’s highest NCAC indoor finish since 2001 … Earned two all-conference honors at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) … Placed second in the 800 at 2:00.28 and was part of the Scots’ school-record DMR that strung together a 10:28.44 … Scored in three events at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) with fourth-place showing in the DMR (10:40.85) and sixth-place times in the 800 (1:59.83) and 4x400 (3:33.44) … Broke the tape in the 800 (2:02.32) and as part of the DMR (11:08.21) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 26).

2018 Cross Country: Delivered a strong showing at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) by finishing as the Scots’ No. 5, and in doing so, helped Wooster to its best finish since 2013 … Was the team’s No. 7 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) with a time of 28:01.1 … Placed 10th with 5000 meters time of 18:15.4 during old-school dual meet win over Denison (Sept. 20).

2018 Outdoor: Ran in the preliminary heats of the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Top 800 time (1:59.62) came at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21), and garnered a fifth-place finish.

2018 Indoor: Contributed towards the team score on Wooster’s fifth-place DMR, that came in at 10:49.71 at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Earned a spot on the 4x400 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10) … Logged a pair of top-five showings at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Lone rookie to earn a spot on Wooster’s seven-harrier contingent at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Sixth Scot to cross at the regional meet (28:50.1) and at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … One of six Scots with a sub-27:00 time at the NCAC Championships … Placed 41st with a time of 26:57.4, a clip good for a spot in the top half of the field.

Prior to Wooster: Lettered in cross country, fencing, and track & field at Stevenson High School … Prepped for John Schauble.
