2020 Outdoor: Part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 relay that crossed at 3:29.95 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) … Individually, logged a 2:01.89 in the 800 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Earned All-NCAC honors as part of Wooster’s third-place distance medley relay that crossed at 10:33.12 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Part of Wooster’s record-setting 4x400 (3:27.98) that placed fourth at the conference championships … Also competed in the preliminary heats of the mile at the conference meet … Logged a personal-best time of 4:25.01 in the mile at the Kenyon Tri-Meet and was chosen as the NCAC Athlete of the Week for that performance … Earned a spot on the Scots’ 4x400 for the All-Ohio Championships, with that relay taking ninth at 3:30.73.

2019 Cross Country: Earned All-NCAC honors with 20th-place time of 27:02.8 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Wooster’s No. 1 finisher at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) with 136th-place time of 26:32.3 … Won the Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 8) with time of 15:45.6 … Logged at 27:44.0, which was good for a spot in the top 100 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 11).

2019 Outdoor: Continued to step up in the biggest meets with an All-NCAC third-place finish in the 800 (1:56.48) at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Added a fourth-place showing in the 1500 meters (4:00.55) at the conference championships … Both times at the conference meet marked collegiate bests … Key scorer for Wooster’s highest-finishing team placement within the conference since 2003.

2019 Indoor: Key contributor to Wooster’s highest NCAC indoor finish since 2001, with biggest contribution coming as part of Wooster’s runner-up All-NCAC DMR, which crossed at school-record time of 10:28.44 at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) … Individually, placed fifth in the mile at the NCAC meet with time of 4:29.00 … Helped guide the Scots to a fourth-place showing in the DMR (10:40.85) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9).

2018 Cross Country: Delivered a breakthrough performance with a 23rd-place time of 27:18.3 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Was the team’s third finisher at the conference meet … Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) squad and logged a 28:34.8 … Crossed at 27:10.1 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Contributed to the team score on the seventh-place 4x400 (3:27.85) at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Just missed scoring at the All-Ohio Championships (April 14) as part of the Scots’ ninth-place effort in the 4x400 (3:29.92) … Individually, turned in a season-best 4:07.23 in the 1500, and placed 10th at All-Ohio.

2018 Indoor: Staple on the Scots’ relays at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Helped Wooster place fifth in the 4x400 and DMR with times of 3:34.90 and 10:49.71, respectively … Helped the 4x400 win the event at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20) with a time of 3:40.95.

2017 Cross Country: Rounded out the scorers for Wooster’s fourth-place team at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) with a 26:44.5, good for a spot in the top 35 … One of six harriers with a sub-27:00 time at the NCAC Championships … Turned in a 29:07.2 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Added strong times of 28:05.9 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13) and 28:49.9 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 800 … Ran a season-best 2:01.64 en route to a third-place finish in the 800 at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) … Contributed with top-eight 800 performances at Kenyon’s Spring Invite (April 22) and Denison’s Big Red Invitational (April 28) … Went 2:05.80 in the prelims of the NCAC Championships (May 6) in the 800.

2017 Indoor: Participated in two meets … Went 2:03.46 in preliminary heats of the 800 at NCAC Championships (March 4).

2016 Cross Country: Ran in all eight meets as an immediate point contributor … Totaled seven top-five team finishes … Fifth Scot to cross 8000-meter course at NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a clip of 28:25.6 … Claimed fifth-place team time of 30:57.8 at championship-length All-Ohio collegiate meet (Sept. 30) … Went 15:53.8 to place second overall at Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4).
