2020 Outdoor: Named NCAC Athlete of the Week after logging a personal-best time of 33:59.01 in the 10,000 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).

2020 Indoor: Key contributor for the Scots at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Earned all-conference honors as part of Wooster’s third-place distance medley relay that crossed at 10:33.12 … Individually, was fifth in the NCAC in the 3000 meters with time of 8:54.95 … Scored for the Scots in the 3K at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), thanks to seventh-place time of 8:58.14 … Won the mile (4:35.59) in dual meet against Denison (Jan. 30).

2019 Cross Country: Finished as Wooster’s No. 4 harrier at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Was 68th overall at 28:48.2 … Part of the Scots’ contingent at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) and placed in the top 200 at 27:41.4 … Fourth harrier to finish in dual meet with Kenyon (Oct. 19), crossing at 27:05.0.

2018 Cross Country: Was the team’s sixth finisher at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) and NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) with times of 27:11.6 and 27:41.1, respectively … Placed in the top 40 at the league championships … Turned in a personal-best championship-length time of 26:22.8 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Logged a pair of runner-up finishes on the season, first in the 10K (34:28.54) at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7), and then in the 5000 meters (15:53.91) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21) … Both runner-up times marked new career-bests.

2018 Indoor: Made three starts in the 3K, with top time (9:16.31) coming at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Placed fourth in the event at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27) at 9:32.65.

2017 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the regional squad (Nov. 11) and responded with a 28:05.4, nearly the exact time turned in two weeks prior at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Seventh Scot to cross at the league meet with time of 28:05.1 … In fact, had three championship-length finishes within two seconds of each other on the year, with a 28:06.8 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13) kick-starting the efforts.

2017 Outdoor: Clocked in a season-best 4:19.95 in the 1500 meters at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 28) … Closed the season with a 4:22.60 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) in the 1500 prelims … Placed third in the 1500 at the Bob Kahn Invite (April 8) with a clip of 4:28.41 … Followed that up with a seventh-place time (4:22.84) at the Kenyon Spring Invite (April 22).

2017 Indoor: Logged five appearances including one victory as part of two top-eight finishes … Finished 13th in the 3K (9:25.27) at the NCAC Championships (March 4) … Won the 3K with a clip of 9:46.98 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 28).

2016 Cross Country: Made seven appearances on the year, marked by an 8000 meters season-best time of 28:31.9 at the #JennaStrong Invite (Oct. 14) … Top 10 team finish in all four championship-length courses … Fifth Scot to cross at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) with a 30:24.5.

Prior to Wooster: Part of conference championship-winning cross country team each of his four years under Jim Ehrenhaft at St. Albans School … Part of the two conference champion track & field teams, running primarily the mile and two-mile.
