WOOSTER, Ohio – Amanda Artman recorded two goals and four assists, surpassing the 250-point mark for her career, and The College of Wooster produced the fourth-most points in program history Saturday in a 12-0 rout over North Coast Athletic Conference foe Earlham College at John P. Papp Stadium.

The Scots (14-5, 10-2 NCAC) didn't allow a single blemish on their stat sheet, as they held the Quakers (2-15, 0-12 NCAC) without a shot, while firing a season-high 44 in their direction.

Wooster took a 3-0 lead in the opening 7:39, with two of the scores coming from Artman, who reached another impressive milestone on the second goal, becoming just the fourth player in NCAA Div. III history to record 250 points in a career. Artman also added a career-high four assists later in the game, bringing her point total to 254 (103 goals, 48 assists). She is behind just three players all-time, with Eastern Mennonite University's Sherri Allebach (262 points, 1996-99) eight points ahead.

Perhaps Wooster's most impressive highlight was during a 1:06 stretch late in the first half, when Christine Goglia scored twice, and Stephanie Standera added another, to give the Scots an 8-0 cushion at the break.

Eight different Scots scored on the day, including Clare Nelson-Johnson, Laura German, Dana Feit, Maddie Hart, and Eileen Barrer, with the latter's goal being the 50th of her career.

Liz Plumley and Meredith Farley each spent a half playing goalkeeper, but neither was tested once. Earlham's 'keeper, Emma Treece, on the other hand, made 24 saves while attempting to fend off Wooster's offensive onslaught.

Wooster has earned the No. 2 seed in the NCAC Tournament, and will host Kenyon College (10-10, 8-4 NCAC) in semifinal action Wednesday at 3 p.m.
