First-year Mary Johnson redirected a feed from near the circle that was stopped by Earlham's Rachel Alma, then Katzenmeyer knocked in the rebound at the post for goal four on the year.

The Scots' offensive pressure continued following the go-ahead score. Wooster nearly doubled its shot total, with that climbing from nine to 17 over the final 7:51 of the contest. Alma kept Earlham alive with three of her six saves during that stretch.

Wooster finished the day with seven penalty corners, while Alma made six saves.
