The College of Wooster's Isabelle Hoover captured her fourth career North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week honor on Monday, as the junior classical languages' major is this week's middle distance and distance honoree.

Hoover won the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 10:35.09 during Saturday's dual meet against Ohio Wesleyan University. Her time is currently No. 1 within the NCAC, and it's nearly nine seconds ahead of Denison University's Sarah Radziewicz, who has the second-best time of 10:44.03.

Hoover was previously the NCAC Athlete of the Week following her winning 5,000 meters time of 18:33.92 at the 2020 Bob Shannon Invitational, her winning time of 20:23.3 in a cross country dual meet against Denison in 2019, and her winning time of 20:42.5 in the 2018 cross country dual meet against Denison.

Hoover, and her Wooster teammates, are slated to be back in action at the Wooster Tri-Meet on Saturday, March 27.
