2022 Outdoor: Capped career with 10 All-NCAC honors … Earned two All-NCAC certificates at final championship meet … Part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 relay that crossed at 4:12.23 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Individually, earned all-conference laurels with third-place time of 1:00.44 at the NCAC meet, with that time marking a new collegiate-best … Just missed on all-conference honors in the heptathlon with four-place score of 3,627 points … Had the sixth-place time of 26.91 in the 200 meters at the NCAC Championships and scored as part of Wooster’s sixth-place 4x100 relay that came in at 50.86 … Three-time All-Ohio performer and was a two-event champion at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Part of Wooster’s winning 4x100 (51.29) and 4x400 (4:11.56) at All-Ohio and was the runner-up in the 200 with time of 26.48 … Opened outdoor slate with blue ribbons in the 4x100 (50.30) and 4x400 (4:19.67) at the Wooster Invitational (April 1-2) … Double winner in dual meet with Denison (April 13) with top times in the 4x100 (51.29) and 4x400 (4:11.56) … Competed in six meets.

2022 Indoor: All-NCAC performer as part of Wooster’s second-place 4x400 that crossed at 4:07.11 at NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … One of Wooster’s top conference scorers who helped program post first runner-up finish since 1997 … Was the fifth-place finisher in the 200 (26.49) at NCAC Championships and also scored in the 60-meter dash (8.14, sixth-place), 4x200 (1:50.57, seventh-place), and pentathlon (2,496 points, eighth-place) … Helped the 4x200 to the fourth-place time of 1:49.10 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) and scored on the eighth-place 4x400 (4:20.15) … Time of 27.00 was good for eighth-place in the 200 at All-Ohio … Quadruple winner in dual meet with Denison (Jan. 27) … Won the 60 (8.30), 200 (27.56), 4x200 (1:52.14), and 4x400 (4:34.02) against Denison  … Competed in six meets.

2021 Outdoor: Part of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x100 (51.68) and 4x400 relays (4:21.32) at the NCAC Championships (May 9) … Also placed fifth in the 100-meter dash (13.23) and sixth in the 200 meters (27.67) at the NCAC Championships … Triple-winner at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23) with blue-ribbon times of 27.04 in the 200, 1:13.05 in the 400-meter hurdles, and 51.98 as part of the 4x100 … Posted three straight wins in the 100 at the Denison Quad (April 2, 13.19), Marv Frye Invitational (April 10, 13.28), and OWU Twilight (April 15, 13.13), with time at OWU Twilight marking a new collegiate-best … Also helped the Scots to the winning time of 4:23.34 in the 4x400 at the OWU Twilight.

2021 Indoor: Competed in both meets … Won the 400 meters (1:03.77) at Wittenberg (Feb. 26) and was the runner-up (1:03.16) versus Ohio Wesleyan (March 6) … Part of the runner-up 4x400 at both meets.

2020 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Upped career All-NCAC certificate haul to seven … Repeated as an all-conference performer in the 400 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29), thanks to runner-up and career-best time of 1:01.05 … Posted the top time of 1:01.66 in the preliminary heats of the 400 at NCACs … Part of Wooster’s all-conference 4x200 relay, that had the runner-up time of 1:47.66 at NCACs … Just missed on all-conference honors in the 4x400, where Wooster logged the fourth-place time of 4:11.20 at NCACs … Ran on Wooster’s 4x200 and 4x400 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), while individually, was 10th in the 400 at 1:01.90 … Beat out 25 other competitors to win the 200 meters at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 8) and was the runner-up in the 400 at 1:02.36 … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for Bob Shannon performances.

2019 Outdoor: Collected two more All-NCAC honors at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 (4:05.77) and third-place 4x100 (50.15) at the NCAC meet … Individually, placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:07.25) and fifth in the heptathlon (3,451 points) at the NCAC Championships … Time of 26.42 in the 200 was the best in the NCAC heptathlon field (April 27-28) … Earned All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 (4:05.18) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) … Logged first-place finishes in the 200 (27.13), 4x100 (50.17), and 4x400 (4:09.37) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20) … Quintet-winner in Wooster-Denison Dual Meet (April 10).

2019 Indoor: Key contributor in helping Wooster to its highest finish at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) since 1997 … Part of Wooster’s record-setting and runner-up 4x200 (1:46.22) at the NCAC Championships … Added two more All-NCAC finishes … Part of the Scots’ runner-up 4x400 (4:12.02), while individually, placed third in the 400 (1:01.20) … A week prior to NCACs, placed sixth in the conference’s pentathlon championship with 2,609 points (Feb. 24).

Prior to Wooster: State qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles as a junior at Forest Park High School … Regional qualifier and county runner-up in the 300 hurdles as a senior.
