2023 Outdoor: All-Ohio champion in the 5K with a winning time of 18:33.74 at All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Had a season-best 5K time of 18:24.56 at Bob Kahn Invitational (March 31-April 1), which was good for a runner-up finish … Overall, competed in two meets.

2022 Cross Country: Repeated as a first-team All-NCAC honoree … Improved three spots over previous year’s finish at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29), placing fourth in a championship-length time of 23:54.9 … Became Wooster’s highest placer at NCAC Championships since Katie Wieferich won the 2006 individual conference title … Narrowly missed All-Great Lakes Region honors with a 46th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 12) in a season-best championship-length time of 22:40.8 … Earned ninth- and 10th-career NCAC Athlete of the Week accolades … Notched second- and third-career wins at the dual meet against Denison (Sept. 22) and the Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4), respectively… Broke the tape in times of 20:41.5 and 18:34.2 at those two meets, respectively.

2022 Outdoor: Repeat conference champion in the 10K … Posted winning time of 36:51.49 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Just missed on All-NCAC honors with fourth-place time of 18:05.28 in the 5000 meters at NCAC meet … All-Ohio champion in the 5K with time of 18:02.05 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Won the 10K at Bob Kahn Invitational with collegiate-best time of 36:46.32, and went on to earn NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for the eighth time … Went 17:53.76 to win the 5K at Wooster Invitational (April 1).

2022 Indoor: NCAC Athlete of the Year for Middle-Distance and Distance Events after sweeping NCAC titles in the 3K (10:32.11) and 5K (17:47.61) at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … 5K time at conference marked a new collegiate-best … Helped Scots to first runner-up conference finish since 1997 … Had a new collegiate-best time of 10:28.78 in the 3K at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22) and earned seventh-career NCAC Athlete of the Week certificate.

2021 Cross Country: Earned first-team All-NCAC honors with seventh-place time of 23:41.1 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … With teammate Athena Tharenos, Wooster’s first first-team All-NCAC finishers since W Association Hall of Famer Katie Wieferich won the 2006 NCAC Championships … Helped the Scots to a third-place finish at the NCAC Championships, the program’s highest since finishing as the co-champion in 1998 … Individual champion at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), breaking the tape at 23:55.6, and was subsequently named the NCAC Athlete of the Week for the third time in cross country and sixth time overall … Repeated as an All-Ohio performer with a 16th-place time of 24:26.5 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) … Helped the Scots be one of just three Div. III programs with at least a trio of All-Ohio honors at the All-Ohio Championships … Led the Scots with the seventh-place time of 19:18.4 at the 5000 meters Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15), helping the Scots to a first-place finish, a first for the program at a meet larger than a quad since 1998 … Wooster’s top finisher with 46th-place time of 23:15.6 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13), where Wooster had its highest finish since 2006.

2021 Outdoor: Won the NCAC title in the 10K meters, breaking the tape at 38:00.59 at the NCAC Championships (May 9) … Logged a collegiate-best 10K time of 37:49.15 at the Denison Quad (April 2) and was subsequently named NCAC Athlete of the Week for the fifth time … Competed in five meets on the season … Runner-up in the 5K at the OWU Twilight (April 15, 18:18.73) and the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23, 18:50.24).

2021 Indoor: Won the 3K (10:35.09) in dual meet against Ohio Wesleyan (March 6) in only action of the season.

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Earned All-NCAC honors in the 5K, thanks to finishing third at 18:49.89 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Scored in the 3K at NCACs, with seventh-place time of 10:51.23 … Finished seventh in the 5K (18:50.98) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15) … A week prior, won the 5K (18:33.92) at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 8), and earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors, as winning time was nearly 26 seconds faster than the runner-up clip … Won the mile (5:49.12) at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 18).

2019 Cross Country: Successful sophomore campaign culminated with all-region honors at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) … Placed 29th at regionals, covering the course in 22:19.2 … Earned second-team All-NCAC honors, thanks to 10th-place time of 23:01.7 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Earned All-Ohio honors as the sixth-place Div. III finisher at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) … Logged a 23:41.8 at the All-Ohio Championships … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week for posting the winning time of 20:23.3 in dual meet with Denison (Sept. 5) … Also won the Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 8) at 18:11.0.

2019 Outdoor: Key contributor once again with top-five showings in the 5000 and 10K meters at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Logged collegiate-best times of 18:11.60 and 38:42.79, respectively, while crossing fourth in the 10K and fifth in the 5K … Scored in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) with seventh-place time of 18:33.53 … Broke the tape in the 10K at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6) at 38:51.65.

2019 Indoor: Key scorer at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2), as Wooster logged its highest finish since 1997 … Earned All-NCAC honors with third-place finish in the 5K (18:44.12) and placed sixth in the 3K (10:46.32) at the NCAC meet … Just missed on All-Ohio honors with fourth-place time of 10:39.85 in the 3K at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) … Debuted with blue ribbon time of 11:01.14 in the 3K at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 26).
