2023 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region performer in the 3K steeplechase … Broke school’s 3K steeplechase record with a time of 11:03.59 en route to a runner-up finish and All-NCAC honors at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … All-NCAC performer in the 5K as well, placing third in 18:48.28 … All-Ohio 3K steeplechase champion in a time of 11:08.22 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Also collected All-Ohio honors in the 4x400 as part of Wooster’s third-place relay that finished in 4:10.79 … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on March 20 following a sixth-place finish in the seeded 800 and posting a top-20 national time at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 16-18) … Repeated as NCAC Athlete of the Week on April 10 after 3K steeple win in dual meet against Oberlin (April 8) … Won steeplechase at Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 11-12) in a time of 11:07.73 … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2023 Indoor: All-Ohio champion in the 800 with a time of 2:21.86 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Also collected All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 (4:12.73) at All-Ohio … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Feb. 13 following performance at All-Ohio meet … Scored points for Wooster in both the 3K and 5K at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … Finished fifth in the 3K (10:37.44) and sixth in the 5K (18:20.98) at NCACs … Won 3K at Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) in a collegiate-best 10:35.42 … Won the mile at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) in 5:20.59 … Notched two wins during dual meet with Denison, breaking the tape in the 800 in 2:24.69 and also as part of the winning 4x400 in 4:21.96 … Also ran leg of winning 4x400 at home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21), which crossed the finish line in 4:19.82 … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2022 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 3K steeplechase … NCAC runner-up in the 3K steeplechase with time of 11:39.75 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Also earned All-NCAC honors as part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 (4:12.23) … Earned All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s winning 4x400 (4:09.37) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Individually, placed fourth in the 1500 with career-best time of 4:51.60 and sixth in the 800 at 2:26.45 at All-Ohio … Capped sophomore year with collegiate-best time of 11:10.02 in the 3K steeplechase at the Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 13) … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for third time after being top Div. 2022 Indoor: Earned a trio of All-NCAC certificates while helping program to its first runner-up showing at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) since 1997 … Part of Wooster’s second-place 4x400 (4:07.11) and DNR (12:36.56) at the conference championships … Individually, had the third-place time of 2:20.23 in the 800 at conference … Earned All-Ohio honors as part of program’s runner-up DMR that crossed at 13:08.82 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) … Scored in the 4x400 at All-Ohio, with Wooster placing eighth at 4:20.15 … Triple winner at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22) with blue ribbons in the 800 (2:27.55), 4x400 (4:21.89), and DMR (13:03.61) … Competed in seven meets.

2021 Cross Country: Earned first-team All-NCAC honors with sixth-place time of 23:38.1 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Wooster’s top finisher at the NCAC Championships since W Association Hall of Famer Katie Wieferich won the 2006 individual title … Helped the Scots to a third-place conference finish, the highest since 1998 … Fifth Div. III finisher at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) with a time of 23:46.3 … One of three Scots to earn All-Ohio honors, with Wooster ranking as one of three Div. III women’s program with at least a trio of All-Ohio performers … Top NCAC finisher at All-Ohio Championships, and was subsequently tabbed as the NCAC Athlete of the Week for the second straight week … Runner-up at the championship-length NCAC Preview (Sept. 11), with time of 23:34.3 going in the books as tops among NCAC entrants … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors following the NCAC Preview … Top-10 finisher at Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) with sixth-place time of 24:28.7 … Finished just outside the top-10 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15) with 12th-place time of 19:30.0 … Helped the Scots win the title at Jenna Strong, with that ranking as the first team win at a meet bigger than a quad meet since the Scots were the NCAC co-champions in 1998 … Logged season-best championship-length time of 23:24.2 at the NCAA Div. 2021 Outdoor: Earned All-NCAC honors with third-place time of 2:25.62 in the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 9) … Also was part of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x400 (4:21.32) at the conference meet … Competed in all six meets … Started outdoor season with season-best time of 2:24.10 in the 800 at the Wooster Tri-Meet (March 27), with that ranking as a runner-up finish … Part of the winning 4x400 (4:23.34) at the OWU Twilight (April 15) … Had three other runner-up showings in the 800.

2021 Indoor: Competed in both meets … Won the 800 at Wittenberg (Feb. 26), breaking the tape at 2:25.72 in collegiate debut … Won the 800 (2:32.47) and mile (5:35.98) in dual against Ohio Wesleyan (March 6) … 4x400 runner-up at both meets.

2020 Cross Country: No season.

Prior to Wooster: Five-time all-state performer while prepping at Mary Institute & St. Louis Country Day School … Part of a state championship team as a sophomore and a state runner-up team as a first-year … State runner-up in the 4x400 (4:01.72) as a junior and anchored the third-place 4x800 relay (9:46.71) that year at the state championships … Member of the third-place 4x400 relay (4:00.27) at the 2018 state championships … Earned all-district honors in cross country and was a varsity swimmer.
