2023 Outdoor: Competed in two meets … Went 6:57.36 in the 1500 during dual meet against Denison (April 12) … Turned in a 1500 time of 6:51.45 at Kenyon Invitational (April 22).

2023 Indoor: Competed in two meets … Made season debut with 7:36.76 in the mile at home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21) … Lowered that season mile time to 7:15.15 at Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17), which was good for a fourth-place finish.

2022 Cross Country: Lettered as member of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Went 31:55.6 in only championship-length action of the season at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) … Season-best 5,000-meter time of 25:02.4 came at Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4).

2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets and ran the 1500 in three of them … Top 1500 time of 6:39.60 came at Denison Invitational (April 29).

2022 Indoor: Logged two starts in the mile … Went 7:05.48 in dual with Denison (Jan. 27) and 6:56.45 at Kenyon (Feb. 18).

2021 Cross Country: Competed in seven meets … Top championship-length time of 31:19.3 came at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11) … Went 31:52.6 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) and 33:17.0 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) in other championship-length meets.

2021 Outdoor: Went 6:50.29 in the 1500 at the Wooster Tri-Meet (March 27), in what marked lone appearance of the year.

2021 Indoor: Did not compete.

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Crossed at 6:10.95 in the 1500 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).

2020 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Ran the mile in all three outings, with best time of 6:37.93 coming at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21).

2019 Cross Country: Made seven starts … Top championship-length time (28:01.0) came in dual meet with Kenyon (Oct. 19).

Prior to Wooster: Member of the cross country and track & field programs at Kentucky Country Day School.
