Wooster junior Drew Robertson led fellow distance runners last week and was named North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Mid/Distance Athlete of the Week.

At the Wooster Invitational, Robertson led the pack with a time of 9:42.64 to win the 3,000-meter men's steeplechase. It was one of two events the men won, the other being the 5,000 meters from classmate Will Callender.

The men finished fifth of eight teams, scoring 75.5 points.

This is Robertson's first Athlete of the Week honor as a member of the outdoor track and field team. He earned the NCAC Athlete of the Week honor in 2023 in cross country.

Wooster will compete in the All-Ohio Championships next at Ohio Wesleyan University on April 13.
