The College of Wooster women's golf team dominated the field at the University of Mount Union Spring Invitational, capturing the team title by 12 strokes on Sunday, and on Monday, the Fighting Scots' top scorer at the event – sophomore Ally Siewert – was selected as the North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week.

Siewert's 80 ranked third in the 45-competitor field, and the sophomore was very consistent throughout the day with 11 pars. Siewert's last 13 holes were played at 4-over-par, and she was just 1-over-par on the par-3 holes at Tannenhauf Golf Club.

Wooster has won the NCAC Athlete of the Week award five times this season, with sophomore Ada Pan claiming the other four.

Wooster is hosting the Wooster Spring Invitational at Wooster Country Club this weekend.
