Britta Treu NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – It was smooth sailing for The College of Wooster women's lacrosse team on Wednesday as they defeated Westminster College 20-4.

Sophomore Kaitlyn McBride led the way outscoring the entire Titan squad with six goals. It was her first scores of the year and doubles her goal output from her first year.

Senior Britta Treu followed with four goals, while Angelina Bolivar and Brynne Snaguski each collected two.

Wooster (2-0) stayed perfect in the third quarter with a 4-0 advantage. McBride once again started the scoring.

Anna Truong scored with a player up. First-year Bella Woodbury scored on a free position for her first goal, and Treu scored her third goal of the year with no time remaining.

Westminster (0-3) got two back in the fourth before Treu scored her last goal, and Bolivar scored her two goals as the Scots' final two scores.

Treu also added a game-high four assists. Lizzie Hardy led the way with five ground balls, and Hannah Shaw collected 13 draw controls, which was two off her single-game program record.
